Apartments Royal - Belgrade Waterfront

The value for money at Apartments Royal - Belgrade Waterfront was really good, with all amenities and a hotel-like experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby bars, restaurants, and a mall.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more local options.

Exceptionally clean rooms, I did not want to leave there.

It had a marvellous setting short walk to the Beton hall restaurants and Knez Mihajlova shopping street, and bars and restaurants. In fact, it was located to the promenade along Sava river. I enjoyed the host who runs the place. There was a bathtub.

The apartment was new and clean, with comfortable furniture and air conditioning. It was located in a complex with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a big mall. the apartment was also within walking distance to the old town, which was convenient.

The description of the apartment stated that it had a city view, but instead, it faced a noisy road with the central bus station across it. the view from the balcony was nothing like what was advertised.

The bed is extremely comfy and with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows to have good night sleep. The stuff are amicable and polite, thanks a lot for the help...

It only took about 25 minutes to walk to the old town, which was very convenient. the host was also outstanding, contacting us upfront and providing all the details via Telegram. They were actively in touch and helpful when we encountered some issues upon arrival. Cons: Nothing all good. 😊.

Excellent location, secure parking, and handy amenities: espresso maker, tea kettle, dishes, and bottled water. Super comfy beds, mirrors hung high for tall people, and fantastic shower with excellent water pressure. Preferred river view room with balcony.

Apartments Royal - Belgrade Waterfront is my go-to place in Belgrade. The staff here once helped me find my lost car keys, so I always remember that. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a 24-hour security. Perfect for my business trips.

The apartment had a private entrance, which made me feel like a VIP arriving at my own exclusive hideaway. It was like stepping into a secret world of luxury and comfort.

Wifi connection was weak.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. The staff even helped me print my boarding pass. It's perfect for me, with an outdoor dining area and amenities like canoeing and golf. I'll be back this weekend.

Location was super central, within walking distance to a mall with restaurants and a supermarket. the apartment was clean and in good condition, with brand new appliances. the balcony offered beautiful views of the river Sava, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

The apartment lacked a balcony despite the pictures showing one. the block was still undergoing construction and was dirty.
